Pesticides Reciprocity

Tennessee reciprocates in honoring current commercial certification by other states with whom it has an agreement. 

To apply for reciprocity, click the following the link below to access and submit a Pesticide Reciprocity Form

To fill out the form you will need provide the following :

1. Name
2. Address
3. Phone
4. Email
5. Certification State; ID number and Expiration date
6. Category of Certification
7. A copy of your current certification card.

Fill out the form and hit submit at the bottom of the page.

After submission, someone will contact you concerning the status of your request.

Helpful Information for Reciprocating States

Note: Tennessee does not reciprocate with any state for a Tennessee licensing category, only certifications.

Certification Categories Tennesee Reciprocates

*Any person holding a valid DOD certificate permitting the purchase and use of restricted use  pesticides and state limited use pesticides shall be considered as certified in TN

Missouri:  Only reciprocates with aerial applicators with the following certifications: 1, 2, 5, and 6
