Written public comments may be submitted to SBE.Public.Comments@tn.gov with the subject line “Accountability Hearing Public Comment”. All written public comments must not exceed a 1500-word count and must be received by 9:00 a.m. C.T. on Friday, March 6, 2026.
The Hearings Committee will provide up to three (3) hours of in-person verbal public comment at the Accountability Hearings beginning at 9:00 a.m. C.T. on Monday, March 23, 2026. Verbal public comments will be limited to 3 minutes per individual, and no more than 55 individuals will be able to speak. To provide in-person verbal comment, requests must be sent to the State Board’s executive director at Sara.Morrison@tn.gov by 9:00 a.m. C.T. on Saturday, March 21, 2026, stating the agenda item on which the public comment will be made.
