Public Comment
Pursuant to State Board of Education 0520-09-01 Hearing Procedures and Public Meetings Rules and T.C.A. §§ 8-44-101, et seq., to sign up for spoken public comment, please email sara.morrison@tn.gov with the subject line “SRC Spoken Public Comment.” In the body of the email, please include: 1) your name, 2) address, 3) phone number, 4) the organization, agency, or individual you are representing (if applicable), 5) the date you would like share public comment (e.g., 9/8/25), 6) which agenda item you’d like to comment on (e.g., Foundational Literacy Standards), and 7) any requested accommodations under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) in order to
participate in the meeting and the reason for the accommodation, if requested. Requests to speak must be received 48 hours in advance of the meeting start time (i.e., 3:30 pm C.T.). Comments will be limited to 3 minutes. No more than 10 speakers will be permitted.
