Child Care Provider

The Department of Human Services  is recruiting child care providers to participate in the Child Care Certificate Program, also known as the Child Care Payment Assistance Program.

Every Tennessee family should have access to affordable quality care for their child. To learn more about the program and sign up to participate, contact the One DHS Contact Center at 1-833-772-TDHS (8347).

Now is a great time to join the Child Care Certificate Program!

  • Child Care providers are reimbursed by enrollment, not attendance.
  • Child care reimbursement rates have increased for all participating child care providers.
  • Bonus rates are awarded for offering care during non-traditional hours and in child care deserts or distressed counties.

Not licensed, but want to learn more about how you can participate? Review our guide to becoming a licensed child care provider.
