Child Care Resource & Referral Centers

Tennessee Child Care Resource & Referral Network (CCR&R) is a statewide network of quality coaches who offer providers and educators free professional development through training, technical assistance, coaching, and modeling as well as resources and training for families. CCR&R operates nine (9) locations across Tennessee serving all 95 counties.

CCR&R offers resources and information to families, employers, and the community on topics that include what to look for when choosing quality child care, developmental milestones, social and emotional learning, and literacy.

Families may contact their local CCR&R or call the CCR&R Referral Line at (866) 296-3422 about identifying and choosing high-quality child care in their area.

CCR&R provides expertise in center-based, school-age, and family child care to help improve the level of quality in child care providers through its Early Childhood Quality Coaches who have broad knowledge in all areas of early care and education, including specializations that include:
