Coming soon... a new name for our Division!
The Division of Remediation and the Division of Solid Waste Management are merging to form the Division of Land Protection. This change reflects TDEC’s lifecycle approach to environmental protection—preventing contamination releases where possible, promoting waste minimization and material reuse, and restoring properties when contamination occurs.
As we make this transition, you may still see references to the “Division of Remediation” or the “Division of Land Protection - Remediation Branch.” Our website will also be updated in the coming months. Although our name is changing, our commitment to protecting human health and the environment remains the same.
The Division of Remediation (DOR) maintains data viewers that allow the public to view sites that DOR has or is currently working on. Other Divisions have data viewers that may provide additional information. You can access all TDEC viewers through the TDEC Data Viewer page.
Requests for public records should be made through the TDEC Records Request form.
DOR Site Viewer
The DOR Site Viewer returns a list of DOR sites. This viewer also includes tabs for Drycleaner Environmental Response Program (DCERP) sites and the State Promulgated sites. You can filter data as needed and download the list. Data updates nightly.

DOR Map Viewer
The DOR Map Viewer presents the DOR sites in a visual format. This viewer allows you to pinpoint an address and view DOR sites in the area. Data updates nightly.
