Stress Less Challenge

What’s coming up with wellness?

Stress is a natural response and one that the body needs to be able to function at its best. For example, the challenge of a brain teaser keeps the mind sharp, while the hard work of exercise keeps the body strong! Therefore, our perception of stressors, which can be positive or negative, and the tools we use to manage them may need attention. Completely avoiding stressors in life is not possible, but there are practical ways you can tackle them in a healthy way.

Join the DCS Wellness Council every day in April as we aim to stress less!
