Participants will identify what is self-compassion, understand how self-compassion deepens relationships and manage stress and learn ways to stay grounded when triggered.

On average, men die five years earlier than women, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Even more alarmingly, they die at higher rates from the three leading causes of death: heart disease, cancer, and unintentional injuries.
