· Remember shotgun plugs and Migratory Bird Permit
· Hunter Education is required for those born on or after January 1, 1969
· WMA Small Game Permit is required on all WMA fields except at Walnut Log, and Chambers Creek
· Unless otherwise listed, dove hunting is open with statewide seasons and bag limits
Capacity may be limited on some fields depending on hunter turnout.
Region 1 Wildlife Management Areas
Crops planted: 77 acres total: 77 acres sunflowers bush hogged
Hunt dates: Youth Hunt September 5, 2026 Starts at Noon lunch will be provided by the local NWTF Chapter @11:00. Registration will begin at 9:30 at the Orange Tent all youth must register and be accompanied by a non hunting adult.
Regular dove season September 6, 2026 through the remainder of the 1st and 2nd segments of the statewide season.
Directions: Travel north on Highway 78 towards Tiptonville for 7.0 miles. In Bogota, turn left onto Hwy 103 heading west for 1.2 miles. Turn left onto Barbwire Rd and proceed for 2.0 miles. Field is located on the right.

Crops planted: 8 acres total: 8 acres buckwheat disced
Hunt dates: CLOSED TO HUNTING SEPTEMBER 1-4. YOUTH ONLY: September 5 at noon. Open for the remainder of the
first and second segments of the statewide season on September 6.
Youths must be accompanied by a non-hunting adult. Parking is in the gravel parking area on the right. No driving to the field, must walk from the parking lot.
Directions: From Big Sandy: Take HWY 69 toward Paris for about 1.8 miles. Turn right onto Hagler Ridge Rd. Continue for about 1.3 miles. Turn right onto a gravel road. Follow the gravel road down to the parking area. Parking area is on the right.

Directions: From Camden: Take HWY 70 East toward New Johnsonville. Turn right on Camden Landing Road/Crockett Landing Road. Field is approximately 1-mile down Camden Landing Road.

Directions: From Decaturville head east on Hwy 100. Turn right on Mt. Carmel Rd. Turn left onto Pevahouse Camp Ln. Turn right onto Cypress Pond Cove. The parking lot is at the end of Cypress Pond Cove.

Bomprezzi Unit
Crops planted: 50 acres total: 50 acres sunflower bush hogged
Hunt dates: Sept 1 (noon), open with statewide seasons.
The field is located about 2 miles from the parking area. ATV's and UTV's are strongly recommended. The use of ATV'S and UTV'S will be allowed for only the first week of the season. After the first week, only foot traffic will be allowed.
Directions: Take North Watkins off HWY 51. Turn left on Northhaven Dr. Turn left on Circle Rd. Turn left on Benjenstown Rd., and turn right on Billon Road. Entrance will be in the curve. Follow road and signs to parking area.

Directions: From Camden: Take Beaverdam Road and Harmon Creek Road to Harmon Dock Road. Turn right onto Harmon Dock Road. Field is approximately 1-mile down Harmon Dock Road on the right-hand side of the road.

Directions: Take HWY 19 West from HWY 51. Turn left on Jim Fullen Shop Road. Field will be about 3 miles on the left.

Yankee Bar

Hunt dates: Open Sept. 1 (12:00 noon) and remainder of statewide season. ATV's are allowed for only opening day. Foot travel only after opening day
Directions: Take HWY 19 West off HWY 51. Turn left on Four MIle Loop. Turn right on Crutcher Lake Road. Field will be about 2 miles on the left.

Directions: From Lexington take HWY 412 toward Parsons for about 6 miles. Turn left onto McCall Rd. Continue 3.7 miles and turn onto the gravel road on your right. There are multiple small fields along the gravel road.

Directions: From the intersection of Reelfoot Ave and US45W in Union City, travel South on US45W for 9.8 miles. The parking area is on the West side of the highway at the grain bins, immediately North of the Obion River.

Hunt dates: Open Sept. 1 (12:00 noon) and gate will be open for first segment of season
Directions: From Morris Chapel, take Pisgah Ln. Turn left onto McCullough Rd and go 0.5 miles. The road to the field parking will be a gravel road off of McCullough Rd going east.

Directions: From Saltillo head west on Hwy 69. Turn south Bingham Rd. Turn south onto Sulpher Wells Rd and go 2.1 miles. The parking for the field will be off Sulphur Wells Rd.

Directions: From Milledgeville head east on Hwy 69. Turn right on Gospel Ln. Keep left at the fork. The field will be past the parking lot.

Directions: From LaGrange go south on Yager Rd approximately 1.5 miles. The dove field is the first field on the right after crossing the Wolf River.
