This list identifies where adult Brook, Brown, or Rainbow trout were recently stocked into Tennessee waters.
Note: The stocking report is updated bi-weekly through the stocking season. The dates listed next to the water body are representative of when the water was last stocked, as information is available. There are many factors that may impact when fish can be stocked, so the scheduled stocking dates are subject to change.

Winter Trout Stocking Locations and Dates
Use the table below to search for winter stockings near you. Click individual location names to view a map for more specific information about the location. Trout will be stocked according to the schedule; however, any stocking event could be postponed or cancelled due to unforeseen problems, such as adverse weather. A supplemental trout license is required for ages 16-64 to fish for trout in addition to the regular statewide fishing license.

Tailwater Trout Stocking Information
TWRA stocks fingerling and adult trout into coldwater tailwaters below dams to provide fishing opportunities. In many tailwaters, trout fishing can be good year-round. Trout are stocked routinely. Use caution below dams. Call TVA at 1-800-238-2264 to check dam discharge and generation schedules.
