Any “Case Manager Assistant” who registered with the Tennessee Bureau of Workers’ Compensation before January 1, 2017 is required to register as a “Case Manager”, as defined by the Bureau’s Case Management Rules, by December 31, 2018 in order to continue to provide case management services to employees in a workers’ compensation claim
