How to Contact Us Regarding Unemployment Benefits

Claimants of unemployment benefits are required to have an account at the Department's website Jobs4TN.gov.

If you prefer to call the Help Desk: Regular business hours are Monday through Friday starting 8:00 a.m. and ending 4:30 p.m. (Central time). Please call the following number:
