BWC releases CY 2020 annual report (2021)

The 2021 “review of the impact of the Workers’ Compensation Reform Act of 2013” required by T.C.A. § 50-6-134 shows the reform resulted in a system that is more consistent, more focused on the needs of employees and employers, and more cost effective than the pre-reform system even in difficult times.
