TennCare Online Services
Welcome to TennCare Online Services
Using TennCare's Online Service, Interchange, healthcare providers can search for TennCare eligibility information for TennCare patients. Long-term healthcare providers can enter and submit or adjust/void claims, and, upload or download HIPAA transactions.
How to Sign Up
- This form should only be submitted if you are requesting access to TennCare Online Services as a new provider who has never had access. This form should not be submitted to add additional users to an existing account. Information on the form will be used to establish the account and the administrator for the account. The administrator will be responsible for adding, deleting and modifying staff for their account. If you are brand new to TCOS, please submit the form Register for TennCare Online Services
- Admins already signed up through MyTennCareLogin can request access for staff members by logging into TennCare IS Service Portal and request a New User Setup. Admins can use their TNT credentials to login into TennCare IS Service Portal.

Note: Staff access to TCOS must be requested through your Administrator if already signed up through MyTennCare Login.
