Collaborative Response to End Self-Neglect in Tennessee (CREST)

CREST provides a seamless network of protective services to self-neglecting clients who need and agree to services. In some situations, the CREST program may provide services to other clients who are being abused, neglected, and/or exploited.


Collaborative Response to Elder and Vulnerable Adult Abuse (CREVAA)

CREVAA program provides short-term, emergency services to those who are the victim of an alleged crime.

Social Services Block Grant (SSBG)

The Social Services Block Grant (SSBG) program in the State of Tennessee provides social services under the leadership of Adult Protective Services (APS).  Personal support (homemaker) services are limited to individuals referred by APS, with coverage for the entire state.  Adult day services are provided in five urban areas (Johnson City, Knoxville, Chattanooga, Nashville, and Memphis) and accept applications from low-income elderly or disabled adults
