Collaborative Response to End Self-Neglect in Tennessee (CREST)

CREST provides a seamless network of protective services to self-neglecting clients who need and agree to services. In some situations, the CREST program may provide services to other clients who are being abused, neglected, and/or exploited.

Collaborative Response to Elder and Vulnerable Adult Abuse (CREVAA)

CREVAA provides short-term emergency services to victims of alleged crimes.

Social Services Block Grant (SSBG)

The SSBG program provides personal support services (PSS) statewide to individuals referred by APS. For more information on the SSBG program visit the Social Services Block Grant web page.
