Agribusiness
The Small Business Environmental Assistance Program (SBEAP) and Office of Sustainable Practices (OSP) support agricultural businesses through engagement and offering resources to farmers and industry stakeholders.
SBEAP and OSP offer assistance and guidance on:
- Environmental Permit Applications (SBEAP)
- Gleaning (Get Food Smart)
- Sourcing Materials to Spirits Producers (TN Sustainable Spirits)
- Composting (Organics)
- Materials Reuse (Pollution Prevention)
Agribusiness is a diverse sector and includes, but is not limited to, farmers, growers of raw agricultural products, cotton gins, lumber mills, and businesses that use raw agricultural products for manufacturing.
