Timeline of Potentially Required Permits, Notifications, & Actions
Below is a timeline of permits, notifications, or actions that may be required at your facility. This is not necessarily a complete list. It gives when the most common or generally required applications or notifications should be submitted prior to construction or certain events.

These are the basic timelines that will likely be needed for a new facility. Whenever a facility is modified or reconstructed, it may need several permits just as if it were a new facility, as well as potentially having other requirements. In addition to those above, they may also need:
