Program Development and Delivery

The Program Development and Delivery Bureau advances TDOT’s capital program by leading engineering, project development, delivery of transportation improvements, and asset management functions that support project lifecycle planning. It supports the Department by managing project design, structures, alternative delivery, right-of-way and utilities, asset management, and program controls that ensure projects are delivered efficiently and aligned with statewide priorities. Housed within this bureau are Alternative Delivery, Asset Management, Concept Design, Design, Environmental, Professional Services, Project Management (all four regions), Right of Way and Utilities, Strategic Program Controls, Structures, and Traffic Design divisions.
