Public-Private Partnerships (P3) Bureau

The Public-Private Partnerships Bureau provides the specialized commercial, financial, legal, operational and long-term oversight required for TDOT’s public-private partnerships. The Bureau protects the State’s interests throughout agreement development, delivery, operations and maintenance while coordinating the right TDOT and consultant resources for each project. TDOT remains the public owner and decision-maker responsible for accountability, performance and long-term value.
