Finance Bureau

The Finance Bureau ensures the responsible stewardship of public resources and supports TDOT’s ability to manage its programs effectively. It provides financial leadership through budgeting, financial management, and procurement practices that promote transparency and accountability. The bureau also oversees key compliance and program support functions that strengthen fairness, accessibility, and consistency across TDOT’s programs. Housed within this bureau are the Finance, Procurement, Civil Rights, and Program Operations divisions.
