The agenda includes approval of the previous meeting’s minutes; selection of the accountant to conduct an audit; consideration of Randy Davis Memorial Milk Fund proposal; review and approval of the annual report for submission to the Commissioner; discussion of an audit‑extension request to the Comptroller and related approval procedures; and consideration of proposed changes to reduce the number of committee members.

Committee member participation will be allowed by electronic means.

The meeting is open to the public to attend. Participants may join via an internet-based teleconferencing system. There is no cost to participants. Instructions are on page 2.

A portion of the meeting will be reserved for public comment, which may be submitted either orally or in writing regarding business before the committee.

The Tennessee Dairy Promotion Committee comprises 11 members directly affected by the assessment paid by dairy producers for the promotion of milk and milk products. Membership is in proportion to the method of milk marketed, either through agricultural dairy cooperatives or by direct sale.
