The agenda includes approval of the previous meeting minutes; discussion of HB1631 and the future of the commission; review and potential approval of the commission’s sunset audit corrective action plan; reports on the 2025 Wilson County-Tennessee State Fair and planning for the 2026 fair; and an update on plans for the Pick Tennessee Products Experience.

The meeting is open to the public to attend.

A portion of the meeting will be reserved for public comment, which may be submitted either orally or in writing regarding business before the commission.

The Tennessee General Assembly created the Tennessee State Fair and Exposition Commission for administration of a state fair. The seven-member commission is administratively attached to the Tennessee Department of Agriculture and meets as necessary to conduct business.
