The agenda includes approval of the previous meeting’s minutes, an audit and financial review, a grant program update, and program proposals and plans for 2026-27.

The meeting is open to the public to attend.

A portion of the meeting will be reserved for public comment, which may be submitted either orally or in writing regarding business before the committee.

The Tennessee Dairy Promotion Committee comprises 11 members directly affected by the assessment paid by dairy producers for the promotion of milk and milk products. Membership is in proportion to the method of milk marketed, either through agricultural dairy cooperatives or by direct sale.
