Information for December 2025 Commission Meeting
Please be aware that the Commission Meeting for December has been tentatively set for December 17. The deadline to submit items to be on that agenda is close of business on December 3. Anything received after this deadline will not be considered for the December agenda.

The commission consists of three members appointed by the governor.

The Commission meets once per month, usually on the 4th Thursday on the month, though the actual date may be different under certain circumstances.
The commission meets at the following location:

Pursuant to T.C.A. §8-44-108, meetings may be conducted permitting participation of electronic or other means of communication.

Notice Regarding Remote Participation in Commission Meetings
Be advised that we have implemented additional security measures for remote participants. If you wish to speak during the meeting, please notify Sean Atkins in advance and include the topic or agenda item you would like to address. You may email Sean Atkins directly at Sean.J.Atkins@tn.gov to request making a public comment. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a secure and orderly meeting environment.

As a prerequisite for placement on the next TABC meeting agenda, an applicant shall submit all required documentation to the appropriate TABC office not less than two weeks before the Commission meeting by 4 p.m. This deadline shall not apply to the following items:
- Certificate of Occupancy
- License Fee
- TABC Inspection & Acknowledgment of Rules & Regulations
- Responsible Vendor Wine Status
- Items that require Commission approval/conditional approval before finalization
The Director reserves the sole discretion to waive the above provisions.
