The Commission will allow up to 10 individuals speaking in support of approving the application and up to 10 individuals speaking in support of the district’s decision to deny the application. Slots may not be transferred, and public comment sign up will close on January 6, 2026 at 1:00 p.m. CT OR when the slots are filled, whatever is first.
