Public Comment Sign-up Form (Written) The Charter Commission is accepting written public comment for our rulemaking hearing on October 1, 2025. Public comment for this rulemaking hearing will not be accepted after 10:00 AM CDT on October 1, 2025.

Public Comment Sign-up Form (In-person) Public comments will be limited to 2 minutes per individual, and no more than 15 individuals will be able to provide in-person comment during the rulemaking hearing. Requests to speak at the rulemaking hearing must be received by 4:00 pm Central Time on September 30, 2025.
