Pursuant to Tennessee Code Annotated (T.C.A.) § 49-13-110 and (T.C.A.) § 49-13-105(m), the decision by a local education agency (LEA) to deny an amendment to the original charter agreement may be appealed to the Tennessee Public Charter School Commission. An amendment appeal to the Commission is governed in accordance with T.C.A. § 49-13-110 and the Commission Rules and Policies.

No more than 15 individuals will be able to submit a written statement to be read during the meeting. The deadline to submit a comment to be read during public comment is 9:30 AM CT on June 7, 2022.
