Pursuant to Tennessee Code Annotated (T.C.A.) § 49-1- 614 (k), public charter school operators in the Achievement School District that reach priority exit status may apply to the Tennessee Public Charter School Commission. The Tennessee Public Charter School Commission’s decision shall be final and not subject to appeal. An application of a charter school to the Commission is governed in accordance with T.C.A. § 49-1-614 (k) (2) and the Commission Rules.

• Public Comment Sign-up Form (Written) The Commission accepts written public comments until one week after the conclusion of the public hearing. Public comment for this hearing will not be accepted after 1:00 PM CST on December 21st, 2022.
• Public Comment Sign-up Form (In-person) Public comment will be limited to one minute per individual, and no more than 25 individuals will be able to provide in-person comment during the meeting on a particular school. All individuals wishing to give an in-person public comment, must submit the form by Tuesday, December 13th at 1 PM CST to be eligible.
