Special-Called Meeting

Pursuant to Policy 1.200 - Commission Meetings, each regular and special-called Commission meeting shall provide for the opportunity for public comment. The Charter Commission will provide up to 30 minutes of public comment, per appeal, at the meeting. If you wish to make a public comment during this meeting, please fill out the specific form below by 10:00 A.M. CT on October 4, 2022. Only those individuals who have signed up by the deadline and before capacity is reached will be able to make a public comment at this meeting. Public comments will be limited to 1 minute per individual, and no more than 15 individuals will be able to provide in-person comments supporting any party during the meeting. 

If you would like to provide written comments instead of making a comment at the public hearing meeting, please submit the comments on this form. Written Public comments for this meeting will not be accepted after 4:00 P.M. CDT on October 4, 2022. Written comments submitted for this meeting will not be read into the record during the meeting; however, they will be posted on the meeting page under each appeal and included in the overall record for the appeal for Commissioners.
