Purpose Prep Academy Amendment Appeal Public Hearing

Pursuant to Tennessee Code Annotated (T.C.A.) § 49-13-110 and (T.C.A.) § 49-13-105(m), the decision by a local education agency (LEA) to deny an amendment to the original charter agreement may be appealed to the Tennessee Public Charter school Commission. An amendment appeal to the Commission is governed in accordance with T.C.A. § 49-13-110 and the Commission Rules and Policies.

• Public Comment Sign-up Form (Written) The Commission accepts written public comments until one week after the conclusion of the public hearing. Public comment for this hearing will not be accepted after 9:00 AM CST on January 20th, 2022.

• Public Comment Sign-up Form (In-person) Public comment will be limited to 2 minutes per individual, and no more than 15 individuals will be able to provide in-person comment during the meeting. The deadline to sign up for a public comment is 9:00 AM CST on January 12, 2022.
