MyTDEC Forms Portal for SRF
The State Revolving Fund (SRF) Loan Program is excited to announce a new portal for document delivery: MyTDEC Forms.
We have created this on-line portal to simplify and streamline the document delivery process. If you are a loan applicant or a current loan recipient, you should submit material to the SRF using this digital transfer system. Any document, reimbursement request, report, or plan can be uploaded to the site for immediate delivery to the SRF.
Current loan recipients: Submit all pay requests by email to SRF.Payments@tn.gov. If your attachments are too large to email, you may upload them through this portal. However, you must still send an email notification to SRF.Payments@tn.gov indicating that a payment request has been uploaded.
Projects on the 2023 PRL or earlier: Upload and submit all documents through this portal for direct delivery to SRF staff.
Projects on the 2024 PRL or later: Upload all documents to the Grants Management System system under your loan application number.
To submit your documents to SRF:
1. Name each document using the format CW or DW Loan Number_CityorUDname_ DocumentType_currentyear.
For example:

2. Before uploading your documents, multiple files can be compressed to a .ZIP file
(To achieve this, first create a single folder using the borrower’s name and the date as the folder name. Save all the documents into the single folder you just created. To compress the folder: right click on the folder, select “send to” in the drop-down menu, and then click “compressed (zipped) folder”.)
4. Sign into MyTDEC Forms.
5. Complete the required information and select the document type(s) that are being submitted.
6. Drag and drop the file onto the website screen into the appropriate upload box. You can save and come back to the submission at a later time.
7. Submit the documents. The system will not allow submittal until every required field is filled out.
8. A confirmation screen will pop up. A record of the submitted files will be listed under ‘My Submissions’ at the top of page. You will also receive a confirmation email; however, you may also download or print the submission for your records.
9. After your documents are submitted, contact ask.srf@tn.gov with any questions.
