Appeals Process - IEA Program

This process is for appeals to the Individualized Education Account (IEA) Program only. No other appeals will be processed if submitted to IEA.Questions@tn.gov.

Applicants and Account Holder Appeals

Families may appeal the department’s decision to deny, suspend, or terminate a student’s participation in the IEA Program. If a family is appealing the decision for multiple children, a separate appeal form must be completed for each child.
