Learn about the ESA application for students interested in participating in the program below. To complete this application, you will need to fill in the required fields and attach copies of your documents. Do not send original documents.
The Tennessee Education Savings Account (ESA) application will be available in the e-Wallet platform for the 2024-25 school year. Additionally, a paper application will be provided on this page when it is available for the 2024-25 school year.
The ESA paper application for the 2023-24 school year is available below, if you wish to download, print, complete, and mail your application or submit it in person. If you wish to mail your application, please send to:
