Schools and Service Providers

Eligible and interested service providers and Tennessee non-public schools should read below for additional information on how to participate in the program.

  • School is located in Tennessee:
    • (a) has a physical location owned or leased by the non-public school located in the state of Tennessee where students may receive educational services and testing; and
    • (b) registers with the Department to receive funds from the Program.
  • School is a Category I, II, or III private school.

Verified school representatives can complete this form to become an EFS registered school for the 2026-27 school year.

The link to the 2025-26 EFS Service Provider Application is available below. The deadline to submit the application is March 31, 2026.
