Eligible and interested Tennessee non-public schools should read below for additional information on how to participate in the program.

What are the requirements for a private school to accept EFS funds?

School is located in Tennessee:
- (a) has a physical location owned or leased by the non-public school located in the state of Tennessee where students may receive educational services and testing; and
- (b) registers with the Department to receive funds from the Program.
School is a Category I, II, or III private school.

How does an eligible school participate in the EFS program?

Verified school representatives can send an email to EFS.Questions@tn.gov to receive more information on the school registration process.

How does a private school become a Category I, II, or III school in Tennessee?
