Report Fraud for the EFS Program

Tennessee citizens may anonymously report suspected fraud related to the EFS Program to the department in one of two ways:

This process is only for reports of fraud related to the EFS. Other reports of fraud will not be processed if they are submitted here.

Reporting Fraud, Waste, and Abuse

Tennessee citizens may directly report wasteful, inefficient, or fraudulent activities to the Tennessee Comptroller’s Office in one of two ways:
