Chris Richards
Christine P. Richards retired in 2017 as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of FedEx Corporation in Memphis, Tennessee. In that role, she was responsible for ensuring the FedEx Corporation’s global activities were in compliance with international, federal, state, and local government regulations, and for international and domestic legal, security and government affairs. She serves on the Board of the State Collaborative on Reforming Education and was a member of the Transition Planning Commission for consolidation of the Memphis City and Shelby County Schools in 2011-2012. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Bucknell University and her juris doctorate from Duke University.
