Tennessee Community Compass is an online tool that helps Tennesseans find local services and supports in their communities. Community Compass is available to anyone in Tennessee. You do not have to be a TennCare member to search for resources. Individuals, families, providers, and community partners can use the tool to search for resources such as:
- Food and meal assistance
- Housing and utility support
- Transportation
- Health and behavioral health services
- Employment and education resources
- Family and caregiver supportĀ
You will leave the TennCare website and go to the Community Compass resource search tool.
