Transportation Systems Management & Operations (TSMO)

What is TSMO?

TSMO focuses on using smart, innovative strategies and technologies to make Tennessee's transportation system
safer, more reliable, and more efficient. Instead of relying only on major construction projects, TSMO improves how our existing roads and travel options work today through coordinated, cost‑effective actions that deliver big benefits
quickly.
