Traffic Impacts

During construction, the road will be reduced to one lane with temporary signals to control the flow of traffic along the two-lane segment of State Route 8 (Signal Mountain Blvd) which is above the Space House and continuing to the top of the mountain.

There will be no closures during the World’s Longest Yard Sale.

There will be constant coordination with first responders and local route users before and during any planned closures.
