Major Projects

The Major Projects Bureau advances the delivery of large and complex transportation investments that address critical mobility needs across the state. It supports TDOT by adhering to Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) defined major projects requirements, developing innovative funding and delivery approaches, and managing partnerships that expand capacity and improve system performance. Housed within this bureau are the Innovative Finance, Major Projects, and Public-Private Partnerships (P3) divisions.
