Customer-Focused Government (CFG) & Strategic Planning

Our office coordinates the Department’s Customer Focused Government (CFG) and accountability performance planning process, a state-government-wide effort aiming to increase the efficiency and efficacy of state agency operations. We also support TDEC’s divisions and offices with strategic planning efforts.
