Virtual Classroom Training
The Office of Training and Professional Development (OTPD) provides live webinars on a variety of program topics. These live webinars allow programs to provide the latest, up-to-date information to DCS staff, foster parents, and other partners while also providing Q&A sessions to address practice challenges for the program area covered in the session. Q&A sessions are not limited to the items discussed in the presentation and can cover all aspects of the program area being presented.Participants will receive training credit hours for attending based on the duration the Webinar is scheduled to occur.
While many trainings are open to all, other trainings are targeted toward a specific audience. Foster parents participating in staff-targeted trainings may not receive credit if the training is not relevant to fostering. Please click the Foster Parent tab above to ensure you receive credit.
