Listening Circles

In today’s move to working remotely in alternative workspaces, it’s never been more important that DCS staff feel that they belong to a community and that they are being listened to.
Listening circles provide people an opportunity to speak and listen to each other in an atmosphere of safety, decorum, and equality.
By offering a safe space for DSC staff to be open with their thoughts, emotions, experiences, and challenges without the concern of being judged builds a sense of belonging and understanding between us that connects us as a community.
