Site Directions: From Cookeville, at the intersection of 12th street and S Willow Ave / TN-135, travel North for 8.7 miles. Turn left onto Zion Rd and continue for 3.1 miles. Zion Rd. becomes Blackburn Fork Rd. Continue on Blackburn Fork Road for 1.1 miles and the parking area is on the left.

Site Description: Blackburn Fork WMA is 600 acres located along the top and slope of the Eastern Highland Rim in Jackson County. Blackburn Fork Creek lies at the bottom of the valley and divides the property. It is also one of three beautiful state scenic rivers in the area.
Wildlife to Watch: White-tailed deer, turkey, and gray squirrel are abundant in the area. Prairie warbler, indigo bunting, and summer tanager are just a few of the songbirds known to frequent the area.
