Replication Applications

Pursuant to Tennessee Code Annotated (T.C.A.) § 49-13-137, a governing body that has at least one public charter school authorized by a local board of education or by the Commission and that has been in operation for at least one full school year may apply for replication in the geographic district which the governing body is currently operating either to the local board of education or directly to the Commission.
