Best Practices for Treating and Evaluating Injured Workers | Certified Physician ProgramPursuant to Tennessee Rules and Regulations 0800-02-33-.01 (15), the Certified Physician Program and this course is available exclusively for Medical Doctors (MDs), Doctors of Osteopathy (DOs), and Doctors of Chiropractic (DCs). This course is not available for any other persons, including other medical and legal professionals.
By registering for this course, I am certifying that I myself, as of today’s date, have a current and unrestricted license to practice as a medical doctor, doctor of osteopathy, or doctor of chiropractic. I further understand that no other person may take this course on my behalf.

Required Documentation
To process your certification, you must complete and pass the "Best Practices for Treating and Evaluating Injured Workers" course, then you may submit the following required documentation through your learner account:
- Proof of license to practice medicine, osteopathy, or chiropractic in Tennessee
- Proof of malpractice Insurance
- Proof of Board Certification or Eligibility
- Proof of AMA Guides, 6th Edition Certification
- A current copy of your Curriculum Vitae
- Completed Application for Appointment to the CPP Registry
The CPP Advisory Committee will review your documents and you should receive a notification of your approval status in 2-4 weeks.
