1. Meeting Proceedings

The Quarterly Meeting of the Board of Boiler Rules was held on September 10, 2025, and was called to order at 9:06 a.m. Introductions were made, and the agenda was adopted.

2. Approval of Previous Minutes

The June 11, 2025 meeting minutes and transcript were reviewed and approved.

3. Reports

Chief Inspector Jimmy Watson presented inspection and violation reports.

Assistant Chief Alex Cass presented a variance report.

4. Old Business

Variance Requests:

Jack Daniel’s Distillery: Request for an Attendant Variance Approval for remote-control boiler systems was approved.

5. New Business

West Tennessee Healthcare: Attendant Variance Approval for remote-control boiler systems — approved.
