Built on Tyler Technologies' Application Platform, the system offers automation, enhanced tracking, and integrated workflows that reduce errors, improve efficiency, and provide real-time visibility into claims and services.

  • Claim Tracking – Users can initiate, develop, and track claims throughout their lifecycle, ensuring proper documentation and compliance.
  • Automated Claim Processing – Built-in rules and validation mechanisms flag missing data, incorrect forms, and eligibility issues before submission.
  • Appeal & Rating Records – Users can manage appeal requests and track disability ratings efficiently.
