    1️⃣ County Veteran Service Officers (VSOs)

    Primary Users – State and County VSOs are the frontline professionals who work directly with Veterans to initiate claims, provide guidance, and track benefits applications. TVB enhances their ability to:
    Submit and track claims electronically with real-time status updates.
    Reduce errors through automated form validation and pre-filled claim data.
    Access Veteran case histories to ensure continuity in service.

    2️⃣ State Veteran Service Officers & State Staff

    Operational & Oversight Users – State administrative staff oversee claims processing, compliance checks, and escalations. Their key responsibilities include:
    Verifying eligibility and documentation for claim submissions.
    Monitoring county-wide case progress through dashboards and analytics.
    Providing quality assurance and compliance enforcement.
