Off-Campus Instruction
Pursuant to T.C.A. §49-7-202(q)(3), the Tennessee Higher Education Commission (THEC) is to review and approve or disapprove all proposals for off-campus locations at public institutions, including the community colleges and universities and Tennessee Colleges of Applied Technology (TCATs). This section provides policies, forms/checklists, portal access and guidance for institutions on establishing off-campus instructional sites to ensure compliance with THEC's regulations.
