Project Summary
The proposed project will extend SR-449 in Sevier County from Robert Henderson Road to State Route 66 (Winfield-Dunn Parkway). The project length is approximately 4.4 miles. The proposed typical section included four lanes (two in each direction), a raised median with median cuts at selected locations, and a ten-foot shared use path on one side. Curb and gutter is proposed adjacent to the shared use path with a ditch detail on the other side.
